Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread

So I just started going to the gym (pretty new to working out), and worked out pretty hard on Friday (did shoulders/chest), muscles were really sore, next day just took a hike and a quick jog, went back to the gym on Saturday and did back, biceps and some cardio, as well as some other arm muscles. Drank about 50 oz while working out both times and probably a total of at least 90-100oz during the day. After that on Saturday muscles were really sore, but figured it was just doms. About 2 hours after working out noticed my pee was kind of darkish brown (not super dark) and very foamy. Thought I was dehydrated and started drinking more water. That didn't help for about 3 hours when it finally seemed like it was getting lighter. During that time, self diagnosed myself with possible Rhabdomyolysis (read a lot of scary stories on /r/fitness about it too). Anyway Sunday morning decide to go to the urgent care, at this point my pee is lighter (not as light as it should be since I drank a good amount of water on Saturday night) but still foamy. Tell them I'm worried about rhabdo, nurse practitioner comes in after I give my urine sample, says yea looks like a mild case of rhabdo, should be ok, urine isn't too dark. There is a little bit of blood in it from the rhabdo, and also protein, but he says to just take it easy and drink lots of water and cut back on the protein (which I've only had 2 scoops of this entire time, 1 a day). So I say I'm still concerned and would like to get my blood tested for Creatine kinase levels, he says it's not needed but does it anyway. After I got home and looked at the blood tests he ordered I'm not even sure that it was the ones that will show levels of Creatine. He ordered a CBC, Comp metabolic, and ESR. Basically I'm still a little worried because of how serious everyone says this condition can be, and whether this guy did the right tests. He seemed to know what rhabdo was and explained it to me, but also said that blood in urine is normal with it, which now thinking back is wrong as its myoglobin reacting to the urine strip test and showing up as blood. So I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with a "mild case of it" or can shed any light on my experience. Thanks in advance
