The most insane conversations I have ever had.

BigKing Bud: If you look at the U.S., our main 'social issues'(or problems)have A LOT in common. The common theme I am talking about is "side-choosing". Our Country is build around 2 sides. Choosing sides is a primal instinct, an instinct that is older than Christianity, or Judaism. Obviously, not everyone wants to be Christian, and that is normal. but, the truth is, Christianity is actually a VERY friendly, easy religion, that requires NOTHING from a convert(except belief). However, Christianity has a history of being 'used' by humans to gain power over other humans. From the first 1500-1800 years of the Catholic Church, right down to a lot of average churches today, smarter people stand in line with the Bible in their hand, and work over people that aren't as clever as they are. Side choosing brings out the worst in us all. It's our nature to choose sides, and it is one of the next steps on our evolutionary chart(removing the primal parts of this single instinct. You bang chest? Me bang chest? Me chest sound like right bang.)

BigKing Bud: The human's need to "choose sides" is used against them by modern powers. One is corporations. Do you like pepsi? or coke? Chevy or ford? It really is ridiculous how many people get 'caught up' in these sorta things. I was raised rural, I've known men that I think would shoot another man dead for thinking a Ford kicks a Chevy's ass. haha Many primal instincts can be 'examined' by observing our thought processes when we drive in our cars(on the highway), why do we wanna be 'in front of' the car in front of us? Even sometimes when the car is only going like 1mph less than we are. It taps into a primal instinct, our pack instincts, we all wanna be the 'leader of the pack'(Oh the freedom! If no one was in front of me!), in the wild we would fight to the death for this right, and on the road, people still let useless primal instincts drive them(without realizing they went all ape shit.)

BigKing Bud: We have to remove some of these primal instincts from our being(understanding we aren't as evolved as we think we are), we have to be more 'accepting' of others differences, this will save mankind. But, the modern western world is dated(becoming dated), and falling apart. And, instead of mega-minded futurists looking to advance us, we are basically 'facing down'(in war) humans that are more primal than westerners. They are trying to blow up the whole damned world. It's gonna be a struggle, evolving, advancing and bettering humanity as a whole, it may be impossible. But, you can't blame an old farty politician for "working over" ignorant christians for their votes(he's not a preacher, he's a politician), it's not his fault he is who America made him, it's humanity's fault, we're ALL a bunch of stupid fucks(1 step above a chimp). And, we are probably doomed. I'll pray to Jesus, and you can do whatever makes you feel safer.

J: You can wax poetic about christianity being easy and friendly all you want but history and reality say something quite different. And you can mischaracterize atheist all you want as well. The entire point of me posting that is that something like that should not be a part of political discourse. If christians don't want to be lumped together then they need to stand up and try to put an end to shit like that. Your religion is not a talking point, and should not have anything to do with how our country is run, that's my issue and my problem with it. You can do what you want at home, sacrifice goats for all I care, I just want that bullshit out of politics.
