Mothers Day is coming up

I’ve offered like three things to do throughout this past week (picnic, family day at the park, etc..) for Mothers Day morning as well as rearranged the weekend to spend as much time with her or covering our kid so she can relax or do what she wants. I got her a $100 dollar bouquet, and a $500 gift card to a local resort for either a full spa day or a hotel night alone and a 1 hour massage to relax while I watch the kid.

She chooses to remain extremely angry at me for 2 straight days because I asked to play in a golf tournament on Saturday morning. I offered to cancel when we realized it was Mothers day weekend but she demanded I do not and demanded I go and is now just treating me with resentment. (Glaring, ignoring, sighing at anything I say to our kid, etc…)

I honestly don’t think I’m a bad husband or father, but she really treats me like I am sometimes.
