My (27F) depression is disrupting my feelings for him (32M)

I suffer from severe depression on a regular day, but I have been so much worse than I could ever relay since I got back home a month ago. Being on disability, I don’t often get the opportunity to leave my house and my living situation generally has me holed up alone in my room all the time.

I know you say that you've been in therapy before and that it didn't work, but I just want to point out that it takes time to find a good therapist you click with and a method you like. Look into therapists who work on a sliding scale, or look if local colleges/unis offer cheap/free sessions with therapists-in-training. If you're not sure where to start, call your community/a clinic or maybe ask in a local forum/subreddit for help.

Could you try working with smaller goals which are easier to reach? And how about trying to structure your day-to-day life more by starting to volunteer etc.? My ex had depression and having work/school was always a great help.... on the weekends, he was basically just in his bed, didn't want to see anyone, playing video games the whole day etc.
