My body is in physical pain from lack of sleep.

Someone on here gave me some advice. My husband and I still slept in the same bed but my youngest would wake up every 2 hours out of habit. I started putting the crib mattress next to our bed. I would feed him there and then go back in my bed and wait for him to wake up. Did this a couple times at night, depending on how exhausted I was, before I put him back in my bed. Sometimes my husband would did it because he just wanted someone to lay with him. I did this for months before I put the mattress in his room and did the same process. Eventually got a twin mattress for me to be more comfortable. It was a long process but it gave me more time to be with my husband. He still didn't sleep through the night until I weaned him. But it helped him get used to sleeping alone.
