I see several problems here:
Mismatch of beliefs on what is acceptable online. I would not post a pic of myself in a bra online nor would my husband post a pic of himself in his underwear. We both consider that inappropriate and an embarrassment to our professional reputations. Have a discussion with your SO to get on the same page for what is acceptable on social media your friends & family view.
Too many social media accounts: It's a wise idea to limit your digital footprint unless you work in marketing or social media. Pair down on sites & reduce what you share.
Policing Issues- Your husband is going too far with policing your phone. He shouldn't be going through all your accounts. The current relationship is parent/child phone policing. Come to an agreement that you will not be going through each other's phones as if you were the FBI.
