My husband won’t change his workout schedule to better fit with our new routine and baby.

I'm going to go a different route here because of personal experience. I'm similar to your husband and enjoy running most afternoons. I am flexible but not to the extent of missing out completely or running to close to sleep time. The reason is because it is my de-stress time. If I miss a few days in a row I get badly depressed, can't sleep and even my toilet habits get messed up (think constipation). My happiness in life deteriorates and I become bitchy, tense and on edge. As a mother and wife this is not ideal because other people suffer when my moods not right. If I exercise 4-5 times a week for an hour, im fine, life is great and im happy and a much better partner and mother. Is it possible your husband has a similar response to exercise? Is this his way to de-stress? Have you asked?. Is he willing to cut it down to 4 or 5 times a week so he can have the baby and give you a rest for the other days?
