New Texas gun laws make it easier to carry firearms in public spaces

So you know how people go on about how criminals don’t follow laws so why would they follow gun laws? The people in major cities responsible for the gun violence are, stay with me here, criminals. So of course they’re not going to go to an FFL to make a legal purchase. How many of the weapons used in inner-city violent crimes are legally purchased, etc? Where do the guns come from if they’re controlled in the city? I’d bet it’s slim. They’re stolen, and then either used by that individual or sold off to other criminals. I agree with socioeconomic instability as a cause, but acting as if the prevalence of fire arms, legal own or stolen, isn’t a contributor towards gun crime is absurd. Both things can be true at the same time.
