There are some many things wrong with this video. 1. Passenger thinks they are going to intervene and physically assault an officer. 2. Cop should not have pulled out his weapon. 3. Driver is not complying with the officer. These teenagers deserve a good lesson in understanding how to respect authority. At a minimum the driver should have a their license revoked. On top of that, most states wouldn't allow a 14 yr old to have passengers in the car. I just looked up North Carolina and it looks like you have to be 15 to get a limited learners permit that requires a parent or legal guardian, grandparent, or one authorized to supervise the driver.
