In a world where criminal charges were not brought, and civil suits were settled out of court, there is an inherently gray area where the assault could have occurred, or it might not have, and we'll never know either way.

If you want to decide that it's likely that he committed the assault, then I support your decision to consider him an asshole. But you should also keep in mind that he might be totally innocent. The reverse is also true that even if you think he's innocent based on what you've read, you should also consider that he might have actually done those things.

All of that is to say that, I don't mind people blasting him as a horrible person. I also don't mind it when people support him.
