'Give us a plan or give us someone to blame': Inside a White House consumed by problems Biden can't fix

We’re becoming the number 2 economy and foreign powers are not afraid to openly meddle in our elections. Administrations falling victim to outside forces will be a problem from now on unless some major events happen. We were the global super power because Europe and Asia were devastated by two world wars while we were half a world away. We have ridden that wave for a long time and it’s fading out. Two pointless wars in the Middle East hastened this downfall and conflicts in Europe may bump us back up a little, but we’re in for some turmoil up ahead.

People are always trying to compare the present to the Weimar Republic, but we’re probably moving into being more like Russia or Latin America. Rich people will have it great, everyone else not so much. Corruption will be even more rampant, income inequality will only increase, and elections will be times of tension - unless we get a dictatorship and they’ll stop meaning anything.
