I’m not a lawyer, forgot the term, but he said that you can’t equate somebody saying something at another time about wishing he had a gun to shoot shoplifters to somebody making a split second decision when he thought his life was in question. Again, not the lawyer, but it seems this tactic is being used to show the shootings were premeditated and the judge said he’s seen nothing in this case to this point to suggest any of the killings were premeditated, the decision is if the shootings were justified with self defense. The prosecutor is throwing hail Mary’s hoping something sticks. Also, the judge clearly said even if you wanted to go into it, I said it was not to be permitted early and if you thought that changed you should have brought it to my attention before saying it to the jury
