Prince William warns that there are too many people in the world - The Telegraph

You are using an incorrect definition of overpopulation. Overpopulation refers to the current population when compared to a population that can be sustained indefinitely.

Yes, using your incorrect definition the world is “technically” not overpopulated. However when using the correct definition which includes sustainability factors, we are very much in overpopulation. We are depleting limited resources as well as sustainable resources faster than they can recover, bringing them to collapse.

Let us say I have a bank account with $100 and a paycheck of $100 a month. If I make commitments of $150 a month indefinitely you are arguing that I am not technically overextended each month because my savings can cover it for two months. You are wrong. While a windfall might come your way, or a raise, you cannot count that when looking at the current position.

Look on the bright side though. You can get a job in a Republican think tank and help shape fiscal policy. After all tax cuts really might pay for themselves (for some definitions of might, pay, and themselves).

Basically fix your incorrect definition please.
