Your original response already had nothing to do with the quote, and nothing to do with my original statement. My original statement was about racial economic disparities that have existed in the U.S. since its conception -- we have all the data in the world supporting this notion. Everything else you're talking about is wankery, and I don't give one shit about your African friends or how well they're doing -- they are not what we're talking about, and anecdotes don't matter. I am looking at data. If you want to find me data that contradicts it (you won't be able to), go ahead.
