PUBG - PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS Announcement | PS4

The PC version still has serious issues. I mean, the menus in the game barely even work.

There's a bug right now where players can blink in and out of existence causing your bullets to miss them.. Which has been acknowledged by the community manager as a known issue. They fixed a bug that caused player positions to update slowly, but you still get shot by players that haven't even peeked out from behind cover yet on your screen. Here's a longer video demonstrating this from both perspectives. The rendering of grass is inconsistent, - play at 0.25 speed - so sometimes you can't see a player but they can see you.

They had a campaign called "fix PUBG" but it hasn't fixed PUBG, which ended two weeks ago, and they have refused to comment on it or even give a summary of the progress made (they did make progress on some bugs)

This game is almost 2 years old now and it still has serious, major issues.

I can't say strongly enough that you should not buy this game as it is. It has lost an average of 12% of its players PER MONTH since January. and there is a good reason for that.

Compare that to player retention on any other popular game on steam - the difference is MASSIVE.
