Mars in the 7th house indicates a troublesome married life but is good for career and finances (I guess). This was the question that she asked me specifically.
Venus is a benefic but retrograde and combust, so the benefits it brings along are of no use
Saturn, pluto and jupiter are in the 6th house. Whoosh! Now I know why she's suicidal. Saturn will move in aquarius in december end but would be troublesome too Pluto will remain in the 6th house till 2025, and will keep causing troubles Jupiter will move in aquarius in december in 7th house, but saturn is the most important planet in her chart. Again the benefits won't be much

Natal Saturn in the 9th house and Mars in the 7th house are causing all the havoc.
Things might (0.01% chances) loosen up a bit in December this year
