Reddit ban endangered thousands of lives (re: r/ProED)

Hell, even thst term brings up images and memories. I have had very, very few behaviours in the last five years or so, but relapse puts you so far back, and it takes a long time to gather the strength not to go down that rabbit hole, just out of curiosity one more time.

It never really goes away, it's always lurking, and it's a fucking shame that the sub was removed. I can't imagine not having r/ChronicPain for the health issues currently dominating my life. The community had a specific tone and feeling that I haven't seen in other forums. I find subreddits like that enforce a much better environment outside of private, hard to find spaces.
