My fiance rarely talks in his sleep, but just the other night I shook him awake a little because it sounded like his breathing was catching/he was choking. He woke up and was like "What, what?"

So I said, "Just wanted to make sure you were okay. You sounded like you were choking on your spit or something."

And he said, "Yeah hajebwa stintrunu el veap waxuku." Or something to that effect.

I asked him to repeat himself twice. He said it exactly the same way two more times, more clearly each time, like he was ANNOYED OF ME FOR ASKING WHAT THE HECK HE SAID, and fell back asleep.

Next morning, he couldn't remember dreaming of anything or me waking him up at all. This will haunt me the rest of our lives.
