All that might be true (Putin Is by all accounts a horrible dictator), but none of This can be inferred from the article: it only says that the ship is registered in Russia, nothing about whether the Russian government is complicit in possibly illegal transfer of arms, Or whether this is a private sale. before you start to throw too many rocks in glasshouses please have a look at other governments such as the UK the US et cetera that are also more than happy to sell weapons weapons in war zones to questionable people (cough KSA, cough), not to mention "the fast and the furious " gun running done by the feds....
