Exactly. It's not fair. I can see if it was directed towards the ultra-rich powerful, land owners and lawmakers: the people that run things. But it's not. It's directed at all white people. Not to mention, half my family is black. I have black siblings. Not by adoption. I am not fucking racist, and I will not spend my life trying to prove it, because I don't like being treated poorly, because I'm white. I grew up in a poor, bad neighborhood in ny. To a family of extremely abusive drug addicts that were in and out of jail. I did pretty well in school because I was determined to get out of that hellhole. I worked since I was a teenager and when I graduated from high school, I went to college, and my dad would steal everything from me, and we physically fought all the time because he would demand I give him all my money. So I got my own apartment, but couldn't afford it so I had to drop out of college and I ended up working 3 jobs. I met a man who ended up being a 2 time felon and took drugs, so I ended up taking drugs too. that was my life. Fast forward to now, I am drug-free, but I have absolutely nothing. I came from nothing, never had anything. My family never had anything. My family had nothing to do with the suffering of any people, except for their children. So I feel for me to take bashings from other races for what white people dis is as unfair as people of other races to take bashings from white people. Plain and simple. Racism is racism no matter how you slice it.
