Other than holding out a tiny hope for an indictment against Hillary

The indictment will come. People just need to be patient. Everyone wants everything to happen right now, but these things take time to do right. That said, here's how I know the indictment will come.

1. NO government official is allowed to setup a home server to conduct government business on.

This is not allowed. Per the IG report:

• Despite claims her private server "was allowed", the IG report makes clear that it was NOT allowed
• She never tried to seek permission to use it.
• She did not inform the FBI, which had tutored her on the lawful handling of state secrets
• She did not inform her own State Department IT folks.

2. There are lots of reasons such shenanigans are not allowed.

If hackers get the name of a deep cover operative, entire careers can be blown, lives lost, or worse. We keep important government communications protected for very good reasons. It's not like most people working from home. Lives are on the line. Worse, the Clinton's security arrangement was terrible, and was running on an old server. Using gmail would have been more secure. 3. The above two points are huge. But, a lot of that really only comes into play under certain conditions.

• Did anyone else see the information or have access to the server without appropriate security clearances? YES. That's a problem.
• Did anyone outside of the goverment, including foreign governments have access to the information? YES. Guccifer and Russia and others. This is a VERY BIG PROBLEM.

4. Ok, well, shit.

Guccifer, Russia, probably China and who the f--k knows got all up in their server. 5. In some ways, this is all a sideshow. Just the above is already enough for a cut and dry conviction.

The FBI is building a RICO/public corruption case- that's the delay here. Lots of indications exist that she was selling government favors in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation. 6. How does RICO case tie in with email server?

Again, people think she was dealing from her home email and the server will have proof. Remember those 30,000 personal emails she deleted before handing the others over? Well, unbeknownst to Hillary, those emails got backed up to the cloud first (http://www.businessinsider.com/hillary-clinton-email-2015-10), so the FBI is busy reviewing those emails too. Also, it looks like Russia, and Guccifer, and everybody else with pro hacker skillz does too.

So... the email and server thing alone is enough to legally bar her from serving in public office if she is convicted of even one of those charges. The RICO thing could put her and Bill behind bars, or whatever they do with the super rich and powerful. House arrest with ankle bracelets maybe?
