[Schefter] Eagles’ HC Doug Pederson has tested positive for the coronavirus, sources told ESPN’s @Tim_McManus. Pederson convened a previously unscheduled team meeting Sunday night to share the news with his players. He did this after receiving a second positive test.

I guess maybe?

Generally speaking, asymptomatic means didn't develop symptoms. Presymptomatic meant haven't yet developed symptoms. The problem is the time between testing positive and possibly developing symptoms.

On the one hand, many studies say that PCR-positive cases that are currently asymptomatic will become symptomatic (via lower grade fever, coughing, mild anosmia, or even the more severe symptoms, etc). That would make those "presymptomatic".

On the other hand, there are cases which are truly 100% asymptomatic.

The thought I've seen is that presymptomatic cases spread the virus, while asymptomatic cases don't.

But we don't really know and won't for a long long time.
