Scientists estimate at least 100 BILLION intelligent civilizations have evolved prior to us.

1: the sun will eventually die and our solar system with it.

I think we will manage to leave the solar system within the next 5 billion years.

asteroids/meteors/comets they have and continue to hit planets including ours. Dinosaurs were destroyed by one millions of years ago. We are overdue and we would likely not survive it at least most wouldn't.

Mammals did survive the one that killed the dinosaurs and humans would have as well. Even if one killed most of us as you suggest, that would not be the end of humanity. It would simply knock us back. There is also no evidence to suggest that we are likely to have an impact before we develop the technology to move or destroy a comet before it reaches Earth.

brought on by meteors/ comets. The NA continent was under TWO MILES of ice at one point. It can happen again

Guess what happened during the last ice age? Humans survived it in hunter/gather societies. An ice age would cause global destruction, but would not kill every human.

4: bacteria/disease and viruses that is becoming more resistant to our medicines because we aren't using them properly and just evolution.

There is no consensus among biologists that disease will kill off the human race. There is ample evidence that a super-bug could cause widespread death much like the Black Plague, but there is nothing suggesting its likey this will kill off the human species.

5: human interference. Climate war disease overpopulation and overuse of natural resources and not developing renewable ones.

Let's start with one of these. Can you explain to me how overpopulation would cause the human race to completely die off? How does that make any sense at all?

6: Aliens

I have yet to see any evidence that 1) aliens exist and 2) that it is likely that they will kill off humans.
