I don't know man, the TV show "The 100" just faced a shit ton of backlash killing off a (lesb) woman, so I don't see AMC/Gimple having the balls to brutally take out not just a woman but her baby as well.

• Rick and Carl are safe until the series ends. Carl evidently has more lives than a cat, and if you even think for a moment that Rick gets killed in this fashion, then, well, you're just dumb. Also, the line about cutting out Carl's eye and feeding it to Rick clearly eliminates the both of them.

• It can't be Daryl. If anyone honestly thinks that little pussy Dwight gets to shoot Daryl in the arm without Daryl shoving an arrow up his ass at some point, then, well, you're even more dumb.

• It's not Abraham. Negan wants soldiers, and soldiers are willing to die for a cause they believe in. This is why Negan gives Abe that little smirk when it's clear that Abraham is willing to sacrifice himself for the group. Negan wants people like Abraham working for him.

• It's not Glenn. It's Glenn in the comics, so this is way too obvious. Plus Negan knows if he kills Glenn, then he might as well be killing Maggie as well.

• It could be Aaron. The shock value would be low, and he's only a minor character so it's altogether possible. Meh, I give this a 5% chance of happening.

Here's why it's Eugene. Remember, Negan wants soldiers. Eugene is about as far from a soldier as anyone will ever be. He's weak; he's crying because he got kicked around a little before the others showed up. And he might've even cracked under pressure and given up the group's destination which is why what appears to be Negan's entire crew is waiting for the group. Eugene is essentially worthless. Think all the way back to when we found out he lied about DC to all the times he cried or whimpered like a little 5 year old bitch who skinned up her knee. Negan doesn't want that kind of baggage working for him. And someone's already beat him up, so why not finish the job?

As for trying to figure out who it is from all the camera angles, lighting, etc. Everyone's just wasting your time. There's absolutely no clues given by the producers/writers at any point during the last sequence. And furthermore, after the first hit with a weapon and striking force of that magnitude, a person's ability to scream or even let out a whimper would be all but completely taken away due to the severe damage to your cerebral cortex, so people need to quit thinking it was somebody who would die with dignity and not scream. That's just science, bitch!
