September 17 Daily Thread

After just fiddling around at the gym for a month I’m getting back on track again. Sleeping and eating a little better means I can start a new program and start doing something proper again. The previous program had to be put on hold in August because life, and it’d still be too much so I’m doing something else. Gonna focus on bench, OHP and deads. Maybe this is the year I finally learn to bench properly and get my bench numbers up. I’ll also keep up with the conditioning work even though it is the worst.

Also, Sunday was a great success. Fire fighters had very pretty forearms and backs. And a two hour walk/run in a forest cured my glute DOMS.
