Which again wouldn't have stopped this guy anyways. Feinstein (who has said she'd ban them all) is not trying to compromise.
Felon with a gun is supposed to be 10 years in fed prison. That was rarely enforced. The NRA project exile change that a little bit but in other states I'm not sure it is enforced as much.
That's Joe for ya. 75k denials and they prosecuted like 30. Those are 10 year felonies also. But Joe Biden says they don't have time to prosecute them. So we could try enforcing those laws also.
