Should Jussie Smollett go to jail?

Yeah that's not normal behavior

Have you ever been in a relationship? Or even a close friendship? It's completely abnormal to beat the shit out of someone, but it's entirely human to obstruct someone, shove them, express anger in some kind of physical way.

Almost everyone who's been in a marriage has done it at some point. People lose their temper. Then they apologize. Then life goes on.

Our society doesn't see it that way - our laws define a shove as a serious crime and the kids all scream "domestic abuse," but the truth is, it happens. My wife and girlfriend are as progressive as they come and I get hit, oh, I don't know, three or four times a year. Which is way better than it was with my ex-wife, at least.
