Sleeping with an oversupply -- advice needed!

I never figured anything out besides sleeping with a towel under me before I started pumping. Then I started waking up and pumping at night, and gradually reduced the time I pumped for and how long I slept before getting up to pump. Initially I was having to pump twice overnight for about 20 mins if baby didn't wake to eat. It took a few months but I'm finally at the point where I only need to pump if she decides to randomly sleep in for like 2 hours longer than usual, or only wants one side for her first feed of the day.

Be careful about going too long, because I started having so many issues with clogs before my supply leveled out. Taking sunflower lecithin every day really helped with that problem.
