No he doesn't, he's a very bad breeder and doesn't care about the animals, he rehomed his breeding dogs to hoarding situations and no longer breeds because he was crapped on for how bad he is. he only cares about the money. Dog was health tested and was bred by accident she got out, was waiting until 18 months to spay because its better for hips. Tried working with the breeder but he charged more for the breeding contract than the actual dog. Don't plan on breeding again. Not to mention he also bred his dogs against a breeding contract on purpose with no health testing, info I got from the breeder he got his dogs from. He has no integrity of his program he bred one set of dogs multiple times for money that's it, all puppies were incredibly aggressive including mine.
