For the record, it isn't "just the Vanish/Sketch trick" but the sketch glitch combined with the airship glitch. I'm sure most people who had previously broken in to the world of ruin early using a bad sketch had never thought of using the airship glitch in conjunction with the save point inside of Gogo's lair, otherwise we might have had a video explaining how it works previous to mine today.

I only really released this information because I felt bad that people have been feeding Umaro countless green cherries over the years for no reason because of those silly rumors. So you're welcome! I'm sorry that I couldn't have made the video a few minutes shorter for you but I'm guessing this video will save a lot of people a ton of time as it is, thanks to that.

If you ask me, this is definitely the method that someone might have figured out back when those rumors arose, if anything. I'm still not convinced anybody has played FF6 this way though or I feel like someone would have brought it up.

This video gives clear instructions for how to wield the sketch glitch without causing any issues in order to make the game more interesting, but for those who are not fans of the glitch, fear not; I will still be showing you how to do almost all the same things without needing it in future videos.
