Cancelling should have an expiry date that’s proportional to the person’s age.

If you were saying racist things when you were in your 40s, i doubt you had changed much in 50s.

But honestly i don’t think people in their 20s shouldn’t be bashed for what they’ve said in their teenage life.

I disagree on the nortion that cancelling itself is bad tho, because certain idealogy (like racism) really do need to go and its not like you are gonna make it illegal, which IMHO is much more unfair.

Its not like they had no idea saying these things were socially frowned upon. They knew it, and they can’t be giving a surprise pickachu face when the society actually shuns you for it.
