Student Accused of Rape By 'Mattress Girl' Sues Columbia U., Publishes Dozens of Damning Texts

1) Have them always verbally ask for consent. I do it, and it is sexy. Just a whisper in the ear while things are heating up. A lot of guys are too scared of ruining the moment or are just in a rush to get down...with the right approach, it can be a turn on for her as well as practical.

2) If you want them to be on rock solid legal ground, have them discretely start a voice recording on their phone before things start going down. They can just leave the phone in their pockets or whatever. The problem with this of course is that some people would no doubt not be happy to be recorded without their consent, especially during sex, so if they do this, it has to be 100 per cent discrete. This is the only way to guarantee they are safe from a false claim, so they should way the risk of offence against the guarantee of self-protection.

3) Young adults without sexual experience try to get it any way they can. Maybe it's just me, but now that I've had a couple girlfriends and a lot of sex, I am much more selective with sexual partners and there has to be an emotional connection as well as a physical one. This self-selection of sexual partners rules out a lot of people who would consider harming me. You should teach your boys to go after women worthy of them, not just the first ass that shakes itself in their direction. That being said, if you're kids are idiots, they're not going to have what it takes to make a wise decision.

4) They should never, ever have a one-night stand with someone who is even moderately drunk (for some women, that could be as little as 1-2 drinks). Having sex under the influence is okay in some circumstances as long as you already have an established, healthy sexual relationship with your partner.

5) There is no wrath like a woman scorned. Honestly, if you aren't an asshole to a woman, she isn't going to fuck up your life unless she is seriously crazy, which is pretty rare in reality. So teach them to be gentlemen. Which leads me too...

6) No cheating, ever.
