You are overthinking this. There is absolutely no reason anyone should ever have control over a womans body or her decision to have a child. This decision must solely be hers and others in healthcare have a responsibility to inform her of all matters pertaining to her pregnancy such as the fetus testing positive for downs syndrome and what her medical options are and the risks of both pregnancy and abortion. Everyone else needs to stay out of this medical decision.

We dont socially get involved if a man wants a vasectomy. It is no different.

It doesn't matter why a woman wants an abortion it is cruel for a woman to carry an unwanted fetus and none of yours or my business.
