These arguments are some of the most annoying I see.
Money Management/How to Build and Keep Good Credit/Taxes can be answered in a paragraph that you google. Want to manage your money? spend less than you make. Want to build and keep good credit? open a credit card and pay your bills on time. How to file your taxes? for the vast majority of people in the US, many free softwares literally walk you through most of it and several people don't qualify for any of the more complicated taxes.
Nutrition is usually covered in health but surprise surprise, don't eat a lot of shitty fast food and try to aim for more veggies/fruits.
Establishing a Job/Career is probably the only thing I can see here other than Self-Defense. Knowing how to right a resume/cover letter and get a job is something that you can google but probably takes more than a day to learn. That being said, most high schools cover resume/cover letter somewhere in their classes towards the end of it.
