I appreciate the reply, CMDR Truesilver. I do not presently own the Enforcer, nor the Adv Accelerator, as I'm currently grinding the Hammy out. My curiosity with each of the other weapons is with different ships, as I've been using your sheets to min/max various ships (to hilarious effect in some cases, like the iEagle running dual c1 rails and a c2 fixed beam). My curiosity for the Enforcer is actually precisely for that setup: how practical dual Enforcer would be on the iEagle vs running c1 rails. I've been scouring youtube videos looking at comparisons, but I've yet to find it compared to c1 rails anywhere (only various c2 weapons) or seeing the damage penetration stated anywhere. I suspect it penetrates more like a canon than a multi, but have been unable to substantiate that.

Alternatively, I'm curious how the Adv Accelerator compares to the c4 Accelerator, as with other PP weapons, which are improved DPS (aside from utility ones) over their typical counterparts. I'm curious if it would be a feasible alternative for an FDL running hammy's in a monster-burst setup.

With that said, I should have my hammy within a week and will then move on to the next power for grinding weapons, so if that fits any of your timeframes for testing, I'd be glad to help.

Oh, and it would be interesting to create a spreadsheet which utilizes your EPS figure along with power distributor bandwidth to factor actual potential DPS for a given ship, as it appears that's the missing link to the equation for any given ship.

As a big fan of beams, I've also been curious of testing a couple oddity scenarios with them also, which perhaps may or may not be of interest to you: the drained capacitor and 3 pips to weapons stuttering appears to roughly be the same DPS in a Vulture as pulse (it also produces 0 heat). It also appears that drained +4 pips to wep produces roughly the same DPS (and perhaps heat) as burst lasers. I can't substantiate it through numbers, but based on feeling, it appears accurate.
