University of Minnesota-Twin Cities student government: 9/11 remembrance would violate our safe space

You still haven't defined what a "fair share" is and also, that's stupid. The top 5% don't use roads as much as the bottom 50%.

They do, actually. The majority of people use roads to get to and from places. The top 5% need those roads for more than their own personal transportation. The existence of those roads make their interstate commerce viable. The infrastructure and social structure ENABLE their wealth.

And that is relevant how? Again, how does someone having more shit than you harm you?

With that consolidation of wealth comes consolidation of power. And for what purpose? It's NOT fucking healthy for our society when we have people starving on the streets while a tiny percent of the population can live lifestyles so opulent, so extravagant that they couldn't hope to spend their wealth in their lifetime or even their children's lifetime. When the top 1%'s wealth is so high that it's not even useful as anything more than a high score and the ability to buy off government power, that wealth is not serving a useful function to the rest of society.

Then cut off the benefits, which will force those businesses to pay a livable wage. You can't blame them for adapting to the rules that are in place.

That wouldn't happen. And you're delusional to think so.

And finally...

It kind of is. You can't claim you're "fighting over scraps" when you're buying top of the line graphics cards and processors. It kind of just makes you look like an greedy little douche.

I'm a greedy little douche for taking money I've earned from my job and buying something I want with it, but meanwhile, the wealthiest Americans are literally corrupting the entire American system and it's OK. I have nothing else to say to this except: go fuck yourself.
