I am so incredibly sorry for the amount of pain you have suffered during your lifetime. I know those are hollow, empty words and that they probably don't help you feel better, but I'm saying them on the off chance that they do.

I wish I could take away some of your pain or make things better for you, and help you find something to live for. I'm so sorry you've had to experience this much. That's terrible and awful and I can't blame you for wanting a way out.

I won't try to guilt you into staying by saying things will get better, because I have no idea if they will. Yes, you are eliminating the possibility of improvement, but you are also eliminating the possibility of things getting worse. All I can say is that I'd hope you try all other options first, to make sure this is really a decision you want to make. You can't change your mind after the fact.
