What might be some differences in the way gay men and straight women are attracted to men?

No, I was thinking the same thing. However it’s something that came with age (not that I am particularly aged, I’m 27, but still there is a difference between how I experienced attraction when I was younger and how I do now). I used to only care about very specific things and really had little use for most of the male body as far as sexual attraction. But somewhere along the way I developed a much more broad overall appreciation and basal desire for the physical form that I did not have when I was younger, and less confident.

So, while I don’t think it’s necessarily correct to generalize, I’m also not surprised to hear this idea that gay men might just be more overtly attracted to men for their very being than women are.
