Women and pastor roles

As for leadership roles such as head pastor, no.

When it comes to Children's ministry or Women's ministry (or other staff roles within the Church), I don't really see many concerns there.

However, head pastor/men's ministry should definitely be a man. With that said, I do have a lot of high standards for holding men accountable for their actions, and if any man leads people astray with their own personal world view, they should be called out harshly. Like to the point of if I ever heard of sexual misconduct within a Church's leadership, then I am not going to that church or advocating for a replacement of leadership.

When it comes to politicians, political views come third/forth priority so I don't really have anything against women holding political office. I know I can't control the world's actions and men (Even some self proclaimed Christians) didn't exactly behave in a Godly way so therefore the fight against the patriarchy started.
