Dude no kidding I'm 25 and I noticed the swamp ass around your age. Im very active and live in a very warm climate. Just weeks ago I got sick of it and started research.

First off, you're not alone. There are a lot of men who suffer terrible swass, especially in warm climates.

Second, do everything in your power to stay dry. This includes: avoiding synthetic underwear (cotton is cheap and good at absorbing moisture), put talc powder in your underwear/sweaty areas, make sure you dry after showers. DO NOT use moisturizing body soap, basic soap works best or even delicate face wash. Feel free to go to the bathroom just to wipe your sweat, the sweat can cause irritation.
