Source: I’ve tried to do it, and the lawyer straight up told me that without more incidents/issues and proof of the incidents and issues, that it’s a waste of time. And good luck convincing a staff of starving and poor servers to risk their job to tattle tale on their boss. The system in America is fucked and we actually do need someone to fight this battle for us, because we aren’t fucking winning it alone.
