YTA you keep saying he's an adult this he's an adult that, you're the one that needs to grow up. I'm sick of people, mostly abusive people like yourself who use the crutch "you need to grow up" in order to continue abusing people. No sir you are the one who needs to grow up and stop taking out the anger of your childhood on your brother. You act like just because you had a garbage childhood that everyone else needs to. My mom sometimes chose my brother over me but I love my brother to death and he always has a place in my home, I became homeless at one point and my brother let me stay even though I wasn't the best house guest. I think the only child here is you frankly. I hate the therapy trope, but you need lots of therapy.
