I am the Morninghead guy. In the last year after Shark Tank, I helped my buddy start a company that's now processing over $350 million/yr. Tell us your idea and we'll tell you how to grow it with zero cash (like my last AMA, we'll answer every single question today). AUA!

For the past year I've worked as a CPR / First Aid Instructor , certified for the red cross. Probaly the biggest thing I've noticed is that from all the stories I've listened to that people tend to freak out and forget everything or don't feel confident to render aid.

This is a huge problem for me and I really want to change this but as a 19 year old I feel extremely overwhelemed. I've seen firsthand what needs to change but I don't know how to go about it. I want to accomplish two things.

  1. I want to make a phone app, something basic that people can quickly open up so they can refer to the current standards and a process that can voice them through the steps of CPR / FA. Included in this app I'd like a button that would immediately contact emergency services. I'm hoping this would accomplish two tnings. One, people would feel more confident and less hesitant in terms of providing care, the faster you give aid to someone the better likely their chance of survival. Secondly people are always on their phones and now have an easy accessible , simple guide to access and review everything they've learned in the classes.

  2. I'm sure anyone who's been to a CPR class can attest to the fact that the videos are extremely boring/cheesy. This is why I don't show them because people lose interest very quickly and barely retain any information from the video. I'd like to sit down with some college students of anyone really and make a video that's a lot more simpler , shorter, and not so god damn cheesy.

I'm sure both these things are a stretch and probaly a momentous task, but I've heard from people themselves who've lost children and friends all because they weren't prepared or confident. I've taught thousands of people but I don't want to settle for that, I want to make a nationwide impact. I have no idea where to start, I have the experience and information, but none of the know how.

How can I make a difference?
