Anti-vaccine doctor behind ‘dangerous’ autism therapy found dead, family cries foul

I am sorry to have confused you, but allow me to further explain my comment. I am discussing how likely it is that someone would be murdered because of having expressed a public opposition to vaccination. I mention the fact that even when doctors lose a patient they are seldom murdered as a result, to illustrate the fact that the public understands that doctors are not perfect and that the practice of medicine requires patients to accept that they may die anyway. If patients are not able to accept that, then it makes it impossible for anyone to practice medicine. Why would anyone take the risk of becoming a doctor, knowing that the vindictive public will kill them the first time they make a mistake or lose a patient? This particular case, in which someone who is NOT EVEN A PATIENT OF THIS PARTICULAR DOCTOR and who has gone out of his way to read and follow the opinions of this doctor and who, as a result, loses a child, has no business blaming the doctor. How about this: parents of autistic children who did get vaccinations, could then blame the doctors or nurses who administered the vaccinations and murder them. Is that likely? If you as a parent have failed to fully inform yourself on the issue, given that there is an overwhelming consensus in the medical community that vaccinations are beneficial, that is your own fault. It does not entitle you to murder people. Anyone who has made that mistake is an idiot. Suicide would be a more logical remedy than murder. If you made the mistake, then you can punish yourself.

People in this discussion are coming forward to inform me AS A FACT that this evil doctor was acting purely out of greed. They have completely ignored the possibility that the doctor was simply in error and was sincerely trying to address the problem of autism. The fact that he applied his theories to his own autistic child suggests a certain sincerity on his part. It is quite common for people to arrive at wrong conclusions, so it does not inevitably follow that anyone who supports a wrong theory must be motivated by greed. That is my point.

In any event, we can only speculate on the motives of the deceased doctor. If we can find a secret diary in which he gloats about how happy he is to have deceived people about vaccinations, then I will accept that he was dishonest. So far that secret diary has not been found. But the search continues!!! Never give up.

Similarly, there is no evidence that this doctor was murdered by people who object to his anti-vaccination stance, which is why I suggested that if he had been killed by a giant hypodermic needle through the heart, rather than with a gun, we would have some concrete reason to come to the conclusion that he was indeed murdered by opponents of his medical theories. Of course, we know that I was wrong to say that, since my comment has been downvoted to minus one, which is how error is proven here on reddit. It works better than logical debate. Just as people who express incorrect theories should all be murdered with giant hypodermic needles through the heart. Truth is so simple, when you understand how to find it.
