Are there any consultants here that work with nonprofits, governments, and the like?

I do approximately 90% governments and semi-public institutes, 5% ngo's and 5% industries (Europe, environmental sector). Compared to industry governments are much slower, on the surface less asshole-y but more likely to screw you over with political games, consider broader aspects than financial, more difficult to contract (public tenders) and more difficult to satisfy (usually a broader group of stakeholders). Do mostly policy advice so yeah that makes an impact. Working for industries is much easier (to me) they just want sound advice on the cheapest solution to their problem, fast and for a low budget; meaning all stakes are on the table before I start.
