Birds have fundamental rights, can't be kept in cages: Delhi High Court

Seems like you should be upset with your fellow Romanians instead of looking to the US for handouts.

God, with your logic, all those post-British colonies are a damn shame for not having floating sky-cities. Independence from a colonizing empire means that your first few decades of independence aren't gonna be easy. Why don't you go tell the Congolese citizens, and the Ugandans that they aren't working hard enough, that all their problems are their fault, while you're at it?

The US spent 50 years destabilizing my country's prior government. The last time they embarked on such a titanic program, they fixed their mess with the Marshall Plan. Reconstruction, and goodwill aid are not foreign concepts to you, I hope.

Be honest, you now live in the US or Canada don't you? You got the fuck out of Romania. Were you adopted by a westerner? How'd you manage to get out?

Adopted, through private finances. The amount of bribery that occurred to get me out of the country is staggering. My dad bought more cartons of cigarettes to grease palms in one trip, than he's ever smoked in his life. That's kind of why I laugh, when you say to be upset with my fellow countrymen. I'm just thankful I wasn't molested, or killed as an infant, or worse, subject to trafficking. The orphanages are notorious for these kinds of things, even Black Lagoon had a reference.

I plan to adopt, as well, from a country that's doing just as bad as Romania was, then. Passing the buck, you know.

Despite your ignorance and misplaced anger, I suspect you have a fascinating story to tell. But I also suspect you are a legitimate psychopath and really hope you're not a threat to society and those around you.

I feel like you spend a lotta money on a Shih Tzu, or some kinda other little pet, or something, you seem kinda defensive.

I'm just upset that there are other human beings who do not live in American-class comfort right now.

If I could be adopted, why the fuck ain't every other orphan on this planet getting adopted? I guess people are too good to raise someone else's child or something.
