The gall of some folks, outright and brazenly defying orders.....it just really pisses me off. I tested positive for covid a few weeks ago. I’m ok now, but it turned my life upside down physically and mentally. Being the sole caregiver of two kids and trying to care for them and having to have them isolate for weeks...it was a shitty time and these people don’t fucking get it. You have to do what’s right for your community. Staying home, not seeing family for a little while Is a duty we should take on as a moral obligation to our communities and families. Fuck, what don’t people understand about that, when people are actually dying? When you get it, it brings a new and awful clarity. It’s not a club anyone should have to join but the damage has been done. Why not try to help minimize the damage at the very least?
