Child survivor of Auschwitz concentration camp returns to mark 70 years of being liberated by Allied forces, recalls her aunt's baby being murdered.

people who deny such events only prove their ignorance and lack of knowledge, their poor degree of self education, and self deluded thoughts of grandeur. they likely don't believe man landed on the moon either.

Do you realize how stupid you sound right now?

When people thought the Earth was flat, stupid people like you would have said the same.

NONE of us knows the truth about the Holocaust. I myself do believe it happened, but I'm far from certain about the real numbers and details. To believe everything e.g. Elie Wiesel himself wrote is the same as being a stupid religious extremist, or the same as believing everything politicians, or criminals, or the government or anyone says.

Did you think people who didn't believe in the weapons of mass destruction pretext, and the many other lies told by the US before invading Iraq, were only "proving their ignorance and lack of knowledge, their poor degree of self education, and self deluded thoughts of grandeur. they likely don't believe man landed on the moon either.". Lol, again, this is so incredibly stupid it's irritating; specially the pathetically snobbish way you worded it.

Also, remember the Katyn massacre was blamed on the Nazis first, only decades later we knew it had been the NKVD. You would have told the people who denied German responsibility in that massacre "ignorant, lacking knowledge...".

If you actually had READ on the subject instead of repeating like a parrot what 5 year old kids have already been told, and calling that "knowledge", you'd know that what is self-evident is that the Holocaust is not "self-evident". That is proven by numberless new research results, submissions of proof, defenses before courts, as well as Fritjof Meyer's "neue Erkenntnisse durch neue Archivfunde" and the Lectures of Germar Rudolf from the year 2005.

Again, I'm not saying there's proof that it didn't happen, nor I'm saying I don't believe in it, but I would definitely NOT treat it as a dogma and punish people for doubting it, that's just evil.

What bothers people about the Holocaust is the laws that incarcerate people for merely doubting and wanting to research. That is just evil.

Remember:

"A chief characteristic of evil is that it forbids questions and that it taboos or outright punishes the earnest search for accurate answers. To forbid humans from questioning and seeking answers, however, means to forbid them their humanity, since the ability to doubt and seek answers to anguishing questions is certainly one of the most important characteristics distinguishing humans from animals."*
