I don't think it's that skinny dudes are fashionable, I think it's just that so few people are actually in shape, it's a completely unrealistic standard to set, so they don't.

Most people are overweight or skinny, like 95% of people fit those categories....less than 1% of men meet the standard of this sub.

The reason why women's go to is "skinny with abs", is because that's about all they can realistically expect...if they said I only like "huge and jacked", they'd be frequently single. So they don't say it, even though that's what they'd most likely prefer.
