Ideal partner:

• not overweight
• low body count or virgin (preferably)
• is physically attracted to me (so no "my preferences changed over the years" stuff)
• no piercings or tattoos
• has at least a hobby that she does by herself,
• is financially stable (don't care about the job in question or how much she earns)
• listens
• picks my side in case of an external conflict between me and someone else
• respects me and doesn't look down on me (e.g. random remarks, denigrates me when I do sth, etc.)
• wants to take walks outside in the evening/ at night

Ideal self:

• strong and muscular,
• financially independent (e.g. working on the pc while traveling, etc.)
• all the emotional traits (listening, etc.) that I wrote above in the ideal partner section
• being eloquent, having a great pronunciation and captivating people through my speech
• having a good voice
• low inhibition
• source of inspiration for others
• makes social interactions pleasant easily/ having people be more interested the more you interact instead of the opposite reality
• being a good dancer

Traits of my ideal self that I can't change:

• being 6 1
• having an average or above d
• having a full set of hair (I'm Norwood 3, have to keep it very short to not look like an idiot. If I had all my hair, I would grow it out until shoulder length)
• having green eyes

Traits that prevent me from reaching my ideal self but can or can't be changed:

• Unchangeable traits listed above
• I'm bitter and black/dark red-pilled
• Certain FOMO or/and retroactive jealousy if I finally get into a relationship
• I have no self-confidence/ need to rely on mental tricks that will induce a placebo effect to have it, it doesn't last for long though (e.g. nofap, etc.)
• I stutter or sometimes try to look for the right words for too long which makes my interactions awkward
• retarded voice
• social anxiety, feeling observed when in public, high inhibited
• clumsy
• huge ego coupled with no self-confidence = more bitterness
